RETURNING A PRODUCT
Regardless of what you're returning a product for, each package needs to contain an information sheet with details of your return. On a sheet of A4 paper to be included in your return please be sure to include the following information:
- Your full name & address
- A contact email & phone number
- Name of Item purchase
- Reason for your return

If this information sheet is not inside the package and we do not know who returned the package we will not be able to process any requests.

Returning a Faulty Product
When you are returning a faulty product, please email our customer service department first so we can check any details before we waste your time asking you to return the product. If the item are faulty we will refund costs for return postage upon receiving the damaged goods provided they shipped on a normal tracked delivery, from the National Postal Service of your country.

Returning an Unwanted Item
Unwanted items are welcome back, as long as they are free of stains, smells and are in a resell-able condition. Return postage is the responsibly of the person who ordered the items.

Wrong Items
When you are returning a package that contained the wrong item, please email our customer service department first so we can check any details before we waste your time asking you to return the product. If this is the case we will refund costs for return postage upon receiving the damaged goods provided they shipped on a normal tracked delivery, from the National Postal Service of your country.
